| 摘 要： | 办公室历来是领导机关的综合管理部门,是各级组织的政务中枢平台。高校办公室隶属于办公系统,它也在日常管理运作中彰显综合、参谋、督办、服务职能。在高校工作内容、形式发展到提高高等教育质量上来的今天,政务中枢平台职能的发挥要求高校办公室还应强化日常管理,提高工作效率,做到胸中有大局,手中有情况,脑子有主意,办事有骨干,运作有章法,工作到位不越位,参与而不干预,出谋而不决策,协助而不包办,帮忙而不添乱。
