| 摘 要： | 针对信息时代企业组织结构应该具有的新特征，提出了适应信息时代要求的组织结构，探讨了从传统企业组织结构向信息时代组织结构变革的几点措施：1．压缩组织层级；2．建立有效的企业结构；3．建立以服务为导向的工作团队；4．加强信息时代人力资源管理；5．内部市场化。
