| 摘 要： | 市级公共图书馆作为当地人民信息需求的保障中心,有义务建立信息服务全覆盖的图书馆体系。文章根据郑州市公共图书馆建设的现状,经过科学分析,提出了建设郑州市公共图书馆集群管理服务体系的目标、结构、实现模式及运行方式。
