| 摘 要： | ISO9000族标准的“过程控制”模式“PDCA”（即策划、实施、检查、处置）的方法，适用于对高校三大职能（发展科学、服务社会、培养人才）的实现过程系统内单个过程之问的联系、过程的组合和相互作用实施连续的控制。高校可根据自己的职能和活动特点，采用过程网络的方法建立高校质量管理体系，使高校管理导入ISO9000族标准的理念和精髓。本文探讨高校管理导入ISO9000族标准的一般方法和步骤，以及建立高校质量管理体系的关键点和注意事项。

| Abstract: | The method of "process manipulation" model "PDCA"(planning,implementation,examination,disposition) of ISO9001 standard is adaptable to carry out continuous control to connections of single process, combination and reciprocity of processes inside realization process system of three main functions of higher education institutions.Higher education institution can adopt the method of process-networking to build quality management system,and introduce the theory and soul of ISO9001 standard into the management of higher education institution.The article discussed general methods and steps of introducing ISO9001 standard into the management of higher education institution,and the key points and points for attention of the construction of quality management system in higher education institution. |
