| 摘 要： | 日本在运动事故防范方面作了大量的理论探索和实际工作，为我们提供了学习借鉴的范例。搞清楚哪些是易发事故、发生的原因是什么，有助于制定切实可行的防范措施和对策。其中，学校、培训班、俱乐部等类型的体育事故防范措施及对策较为重要。
