| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育的迅速发展,特别是现代化网络信息技术在高校图书馆的应用,图书馆读者服务工作发生了深刻的变化,现代服务模式取代传统服务模式,焕发出勃勃生机,服务方式向现代化和人性化方向迈进。高校图书馆应努力完善新型服务模式,优化读者服务工作,提高读者服务工作质量,满足读者日益增长的对文献信息的需求。
