摘    要:以一条集装箱船舶螺旋桨为例,对其3个不同叶梢间隙比情况,即gt=0.25,gt=0.35和gt=0.45,在相同的工况条件下,进行空泡水筒模拟不均匀流场中螺旋桨模型的脉动压力测量.试验结果分析指出,在某一范围内,如gt=0.25~0.35时,增大叶梢间隙比不一定具有减小螺旋桨空泡在船体表面诱导脉动压力的作用,而在gt=0.35~0.45时,则具有较明显降压效果.

Abstract:A container ship propeller is taken as an example, for its three different tip clearance ratios, i.e. gt = 0.25 ,gt = 0.35 and gt = 0.45, the measurements of pressure fluctuation induced by the propeller working in a simulated non-uniform flow field are carried out in cavitation tunnel under same propeller operation condition. The analysis of the experimental results indicate that in some ranges of gt, for instance gt = 0.25 - 0.35, the increase in tip clearance ratio does not certainly reduce pressure fluctuation, but in the tip clearance ratio range of gt= 0.35 - 0.45, the increase in tip clearance ratio can effectively reduce the pressure fluctuation.
