摘    要:“两课”是高校进行马克思主义理论教育的主渠道和主阵地。深化“两课”教学改革,增强“两课”的吸引力和说服力,提高教学效果,关键在于提高“两课”教师的素质。本文拟从思想觉悟、理论水平、科研水平、创新能力、师德建设等方面进行探讨,旨在全面提高教师素质,建设一支政治强、业务精、作风正的“两课”教师队伍。

Abstract:Two courses" is the primary channel and position in Marxist theoretical education. The crux of teaching "two courses" in deepening teaching reform, strengthening attraction and persuasion, improving teaching effect lies in the teachers' quality and competence. The ideological consciousness, level of theoretical, scientific research, innovation ability, construction of teachers' virtues are actively debated in this article for the purpose of improving teachers' all-round quality, cultivating a group of teaching staff having strong political consciousness, high professional ability and moral integrity.
