基于3S技术的泥石流地质灾害调查新方法

摘    要:分析总结近年地质灾害调查评价工作不足的基础上,提出基于3S技术的泥石流地质灾害调查评价新方法(IM3S)。该方法充分应用3S技术手段,在调查工作的各个阶段综合利用虚拟GIS、遥感技术和GPS技术,以求解决泥石流地质灾害调查中面临的实际问题,为小流域泥石流地质灾害的调查工作提供了新思路,彰显了科学防灾、减灾的科技力量,具有重要现实意义和实用价值。

Abstract:Based on an analysis of the accomplishment of geological disaster investigation and appraisal in recent years,this paper presents a new investigation and appraisal method (EM3S) of debris flow disaster with 3S. With the application of 3S technologies, the new method used comprehensive virtual GIS, RS and GPS technologies in various stages of debris flow disaster investigation. The application of EM3S suggested that it solved the practical problems in the investigation of geological disasters, and provided a new way for debris flow disaster investigation for the small basin, so the new method is of important practical significance and value. The scientific and technological strength is underlined in disaster prevention and reduction system in this paper.
