| 摘 要： | 实施案例教学法是实现法学教育的学术性和技能性一个有效的途径，从阐述案例教学法的产生与意义、方法与原则出发，认为案例教学法不是法学教学方法的简单改变，它涉及到法学教育途径与目标的实现；对法学课堂教学来说，带来的是革命性的变化，是我国法学教育课堂教学的改革方向，因此，深入研究案例教学法的理论和实践，改革传统的法学课堂教学模式，十分必要。

| Abstract: | Law case teaching is an effective way to combine academic and vocational ability of the legal education.This paper states that law case teaching is not a simple change which can reaches the goal of the legal education from the formation and meaning,method and principle of the teaching,and points out the direction of classroom teaching beacause of its revolutionary changes.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the theories and practice of the law case teaching and reform the traditional classroom teaching. |
