| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，中国的经济、社会状况发生了巨大的变化，也面临巨大的挑战。随着社会阶层结构的变化，社会阶层关系的发展也逐渐影响到社会的和谐与发展．引起了政府及民众的重视。福建阶层关系的不平衡发展正是全国阶层关系状况的一个缩影。为改善这样的阶层关系状况，必须有针对性地建立社会利益整合机制，推进社会和谐发展。
