| 摘 要： | 近几年新建本科院校较多,教学质量的稳定与提高是一个重要的共性问题。华北科技学院通过教学质量保障体系的建立、完善制度建设、确定质量标准、重视教学管理队伍建设、加强日常教学管理、严格执行规章制度等有效措施,确保了教学和培养质量的稳步提高。
