| 摘 要： | 采用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对福州大学城的部分高校在校大学生进行研究分析,发现情商、球技、比赛性质、比赛任务以及裁判、对手和队友的行为是影响大学生比赛心理稳定性的重要因素,并提出提高主观意识、增加比赛实战的数量、调整比赛呼吸、适宜的集中和转移注意力等方法调控和增强大学生比赛心理的稳定性,提高比赛成绩。
