| Abstract: | The long time ignorance of staff training at libraries causes the shortage of talents. This paper puts forward a new idea to solve the problem and discusses the new training pattern in the aspects of organization,plan and system, and also designs the training ways, including rudimentry training for beginners, special training for female staff and international training and renewal education for preventing knowledge aging. |
