| 摘 要： | 通过对东、中、西部六省(市)2004年度义务教育经费运行状况进行差异比较分析后发现:东、中、西部地区间及地区内部省(市)间在义务教育经费投入来源、义务教育经费支出和义务教育办学效益等三方面均存在着程度不同的差异,需要采取分级对待的方式促进东、中、西部地区间及地区内部省(市)间义务教育的均衡发展。

A Comparative Analysis of the Operating Situation of the Funds of the Compulsory Education in 2004 Among Six Provinces in the East, Middle and West Regions |

| Abstract: | After comparing and analyzing the operating situation of the funds of the compulsory education among six provinces in the east, middle and west regions in China in 2004, we find that there exists a disparity in the investment, expenditure and benefit in the compulsory educational finance. Therefore, we recommend that the government take the policy of treating the disparity in steps to promote the compulsory educational equilibrium inside the east, middle and west regions. |
