大学品牌打造与教师队伍建设摭探

摘    要:随着市场经济对高等教育的影响,大学自觉意识觉醒并必然走品牌打造之路。大学品牌的主体是教师。加强教师队伍建设,亦成为大学品牌打造的必然追求。世界品牌大学的教师队伍建设制度启示我们:教师的选拔应注重教师的真才实学,避免唯学历化;推进国际化办学,构建国际化的教师队伍;严肃教师职务聘任制度,维护教师职务尊严;理性引入竞争机制,为教师的发展创造和谐氛围。

Abstract:Along with an influence that the market economy exerts on higher education, each university becomes to realize the importance of the university brand and begins to found its own brand. Since the teacher is the principal part of the university brand, it is also necessary to enhance the construction of the teachers procession for the cultivation of the university brand. We can also learn much from the world-famous universities' systems of the construction of the teachers procession.
