| 摘 要： | 档案管理是学校管理工作的重要组成,对于学校发展至关重要。现阶段,虽然很多学校已经开始关注档案管理工作,但是在其评建创优过程中仍然存在着一些与档案管理相关的问题,因此如何改善学校评建创优中的档案管理工作就成为值得研究的问题。本文以档案管理的基本内涵为基础,简要分析了学校评建创优中的档案管理问题,进而提出了改善学校评建创优中档案管理工作的措施。

| Abstract: | Abstract File management is an essential constituent of school management work. At the present stage, although many schools has already started to pay attention archive management work, there still exist some problems to be researched in evaluation and construction of excellence. In this paper, based on the basic con- notation of file management, this paper briefly analyzes file man- agement work in school evaluation and construction of excellence, and then proposes measures to improve file management work in school evaluation and construction of excellence. |
