| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济发展从快速阶段进入平稳阶段,再加上高校扩招政策的实施,当代青年人的就业压力进一步增加。而作为高校对年轻人开展未来职业规划的精细化中还欠缺很多东西。为此,我们针对为高校学生开展＂精细化＂的职业指导的必要性,根据现阶段各个高校实施精细化职业指导存在的问题,对如何开展精细化职业指导做一个简要分析。
