| 摘 要： | 随着经济的全球化,国际人才竞争日趋激烈,社会对人才的需求正发生着多元化的变化,中国高职教育目前正面临新的挑战。本文对我国高等职业教育人才培养模式改革进行深入分析;探讨新时期高等职业教育应把握的思想观念,并对高等职业教育人才培养模式的现状进行分析,总结出高职教育教学产销一体的人才培养模式的新思路。

| Abstract: | Abstract With economic globalization and more and more severe talent competition, social demands for talents are changing in a diversified direction, and China＇s secondary vocational education is facing new challenges. This paper deeply analyzes the reform of talent cultivation mode in China＇s higher vocational education, explores the ideas of higher vocational education in the new era, analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation mode in higher vocational education, and summarizes a new idea of talent culti- vation mode in higher vocational education. |
