| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、数理统计法、访谈法等，对中国现役优秀女足裁判员基本情况、素质情况、业务水平等方面进行广泛的调查研究，调查发现女裁判员的年龄结构较合理，文化水平整体较高，但英语水平整体较低，影响从事裁判工作的主要外部原因是其工作单位与家庭对裁判工作的支持度等等。通过分析提出相应的对策，旨在为进一步提高中国女足裁判员整体水平提供理论依据。
