| 摘 要： | 任何一种管理理论或方法均以一定的人性假设为基础和逻辑起点.教学管理活动的特殊性使普通管理学的人性假设不适宜于此.应将教学管理的主客体定位于"能动生存人"这一逻辑起点上,以满足教学管理的特殊要求.将"能动生存人"作为教学管理理论的人性假设,就应该从对人的生命的深刻体悟出发、从人的生存性出发、从人的能动性出发来实施教学管理.

| Abstract: | A mangment theory or method is always regarded certain human presume as basis and logical start.But this common presume is not suitable for teaching admimistration activity because of it's specialty.That man lies in activity should be looked as the logical strart so as to meet the special require of teaching administration.On this base,teaching administration should be carried out from such aspects as human life meaning,man's mains existence and man's activity. |
