| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、逻辑分析、数理分析等方法,对高校学生学习散打和跆拳道的动机进行了研究,结果发现学习跆拳道的主要动机是"时尚流行"、"自卫防身"、"为了晋级升段,获取证书"等;学习散打的主要动机是"自卫防身"、"磨练意志"、"兴趣爱好"等.分析了动机的形成机制,建议改革散打运动的段位制,增强观赏性,重视在青少年中的发展普及,吸引更多女性参与到散打中来.

| Abstract: | With the methods of documentary review,experts interview,questionnaire,logical analysis and mathematical analysis,the students' motivations of learning taekwondo and Sanda are researched.The results show that the main motivations of learning taekwondo is fashion and popularity,self-defense,certificate of higher dan,etc.while the main motivations of learning Sanda is self-defense,will-steeling,hobby and interest,etc.The forming system of the motivation is analyzed and the suggestion about reforming the dan system of Sanda is put forward,in order to strengthen its ornamental characters,pay attention to its development and popularization among youngsters,and attract more females to take part in Sanda. |
