| 摘 要： | BZ-Q混合型煤气发生炉碎渣圈是煤气发生炉碎渣重要设备,由灰口铸铁铸成.由于铸造工艺、力学性能及工作环境等原因,容易产生裂纹.一旦发生裂纹,漏气漏水,必须停炉维修.采用手工电弧焊热焊法立焊技术,不需拆卸、装吊,现场一次性焊好,方便、经济、快捷.

| Abstract: | The slag crusher of BZ-Q mixed-type gas occurrence furnace casted from ash cast iron is an important component of slag crush in gas occurrence furnace.It is easily-cracked for some factors,such as casting process,mechanical function and work environment.It needs to be repaired while cracking,which will lead to air leak and water leak.Hot welding with handicraft arc-welding is very convenient,economic and fast,for it can be used on the spot without unloading and unpacking. |
