| 摘 要： | 就业信息是高校毕业生求职择业的基础，是通向用人单位的桥梁，是择业决策的重要依据，更是顺利就业的可靠保证。就业信息掌握的多少，在一定程度上决定着大学生能否顺利实现就业。高校毕业生在求职择业的过程中，要学会通过不同的渠道收集就业信息，并科学合理地整理、分析和运用信息，实现就业目的。

| Abstract: | The employment information could be regarded as the basis of the job - hunting and career- developing of the college graduates. It could also be described as the bridge throngh which the students may approach to their employers and as the foundation on which the students may build up their career objectives. Thus the employment information has actually become the guarantee for the students to find their jobs successfully. As a result, the quantity and quality of the employment information that the students possessed would be very likely on account of whether they could find their jobs. That is why the graduate students are requested to learn to collect employment information through various channels during the process of their job - hunting, and learn to analyze the information so that they could apply it to their job - hunting. |
