摘    要:企业人力资源管理上存在问题是导致劳动争议的重要原因之一,主要表现在制度不合理、不规苎:竺业人力资源管理人员法制观念淡薄,缺乏相关训练;为有效防范劳动争议,企业应从以下方面加强人力资源管理:劳动合同管理,企业人力资源管理的再认识,培训体系的强化,违纪欢工教育程序的建立,劳动规定制定的民主化及员工意见沟通渠道的建立,与劳动争议有关的外部关系协调。

Abstract:Problematic human resources management is one of the major causes of labor disputes.Problems represent in the following aspects: the unreasonable regulations,lack of law ideology and necessary training of human resources management.For the purpose of avoiding labor disputes effectively,the enterprise should reinforce human resources management from the following aspects: reinforcement of training system;establishment of educational procedure of regulation-violating workers;democracy in the process of regulation making,and establishment of channels for workers to convey their views;adjustment of other relations concerned with labor disputes.
