| 摘 要： | 作为一种社会政治现象,腐败在世界上许多国家发生、蔓延,它阻碍着这些国家政治经济的发展进程,成为社会公众关注的焦点问题,一些国家还因此而政局不稳,政府频繁更迭……伴随着我国的改革开发,腐败在一些部门和地区也有所滋生和蔓延。本文试图用制度分析法探讨中国现阶段腐败产生的原因,并以此找出根治腐败的对策,即加强制度建设,推进制度创新。

| Abstract: | As a social and political phenomenon, corruption exists in many countries throughout the world. Its existence and spread has caused a lot of serious problems, and hinders the political and economic development of a country, sometimes it even causes frequent government changes. Its formation involves in many complicated political, economic, cultural and psychological reasons. In China, corruption has appeared especially since the Reform and Opening-up policy was adopted. This paper tries to analyze the causes of corruption's existence in modern China, and find out an efficient solution to the problem which may be strengthening the construction of social system and promoting the innovation of social system. |
