| 摘 要： | 应用型本科院校在培养创新型人才的过程中存在着诸多问题，为此，应用型本科院校应明确办学定位，突出应用型创新人才培养特色，逐步优化学科专业、完善人才培养方案、加强师资队伍建设，把充分发展产学研合作教育、强化实践育人环节、深化创新创业教育作为主要培养途径，实行多元化考核与评价。

| Abstract: | Therete many problems in the talent cultivation of applied undergraduate universities and col leges. So applied undergraduate universities and colleges should make clear the school -running orientation, highlight the characteristic of applied innovative talent cultivation, gradually optimize discipline and specialty, reprove talent cultivation scheme, and reinforce the construction of teaching team. The main approaches of cultivation are to fully develop the cooperative education of production - teaching - research, strengthen prac tice education, deepen the innovative and enterprise education, and adopt diversified assessment and evalua- tion. |
