| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法对天津市普通高校民族传统体育专业教师专业水平、学历状况、年龄分布、职称比例等现状进行了调研和分析，强调在推进民族传统体育课程改革的同时，必须提高现有民族传统体育师资专业水平，并从整体上就如何优化其年龄结构、学历结构和职称结构以及如何加强体育院校民族传统体育专业师资的培养，以满足高校民族传统体育开展的需要提出了相应的发展对策。 |

| Abstract: | Adopted the methods of document, expert interview, questionnaire ana so on, this paper did an investigation of the current national traditional sports teachers in Tianjin universities, and analysed the current national traditional sports teachers＇ situation through the aspects of professional level; educational blackguround; age distribution; and tides proportion. To bring forward the course reform of the national traditional sports, we must improve the professional level of the existing national traditional sports teachers, and optimizing their age structure, educational background structure and title structure entirety; and strengthen the training of the teachers in this special field in sports universities to satisfy the need of developing national traditional sports in colleges and universities. |
