| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育是以就业为导向的教育,高职院校就业指导课在人才培养和大学生职业发展中发挥着重要作用。通过对目前就业指导课程建设与教学实施的现状及存在问题的分析,构建了"三模块"实践教学体系和实施方案,对促进毕业生充分就业和指导毕业生自主创业具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Since higher vocation educational is a kind of employment-oriented education,Career Guiding course has an important role in the talents training and the career development of college students.On the basis of the survey and analysis on the current situation and problems in the curriculum construction and teaching of this course,the author constructed a practical teaching system of Three-modules and its implement plan,which increasing the career competence,the opportunities of obtaining employment,and the entrepreneurial ability of students,so as to play an important role in the improvement of full employment and the guidance of business starting of graduates. |
