| Abstract: | People-oriented scientific development is the guiding policy of the Modern Society and a new trend for management as well.The article points out that in the practice of economic organizations,the people-oriented management develops under a bottom-up path:It acts as a method and a measure at the very beginning,and then experiences a systematized process and ultimately moves towards a philosophical ideal of management.During each period of time,each has its own different characteristics. |
