经济型组织人本管理发展的阶段性及其特征论析

摘    要:以人为本科学发展是当代经济社会发展的指导性方针,又是管理的新趋势.人本管理在经济型组织的管理实践中,沿着由低到高的不同阶段向前发展,从作为方法和手段的人本管理到制度化的人本管理,再到作为哲学形态的人本管理不断演进和发展,并在每个阶段人本管理呈现出不同特征.

Abstract:People-oriented scientific development is the guiding policy of the Modern Society and a new trend for management as well.The article points out that in the practice of economic organizations,the people-oriented management develops under a bottom-up path:It acts as a method and a measure at the very beginning,and then experiences a systematized process and ultimately moves towards a philosophical ideal of management.During each period of time,each has its own different characteristics.
