| 摘 要： | 作者根据系统“要素-结构-功能”基本理论的观点,经研究发现,影响体育教学的实施过程及其效果的因素有教师、学生、教学媒介、方法和评估等5个因素。认为只有当这5个因素能够协调发展时,才能充分发挥学校体育教育的系统功能,获得最好的教学效果。
