| 摘 要： | 在论述研发产业概念和内涵的基础上,从R&D经费支出、科技活动经费支出等方面对上海市研发产业投入情况进行分析,从工业总产值计算分析、研发产业产出综合计算分析、研发产业科技成果综合分析等方面对上海市研发产业产出情况进行了研究。研究认为,上海市研发产业已达千亿元级的研发产值,上海市研发经费投入的增加与研发产业的产值增长没有直接的相关关系,这或许与全球化研发或研发溢出效应等有关。
