| 摘 要： | 近年,我国高等教育在新体制下取得了长足发展,特别是占全国高校近95%的地方高校,不论是在办学规模还是在办学层次上都得到了很大的提高,为适应新形势,地方高校在办学体制、管理体制、教育投资体制和学校内部管理体制等方面都进行了相应改革,而这些改革举措势必会给地方高校校园文化建设带来深远的影响。为促进地方高校更快更好地发展,应该认真分析新体制下出现的问题,努力构建具有自身特色的校园文化,形成独具特色的校园文化品牌。

| Abstract: | In recent years, China＇s high education has greatly developed under the new system, especially local colleges and universi- ties that account for 95% of the total. Whether in scale or level, the local colleges and universities have developed greatly.To adapt to new situations,they have made reforms in running systems, management, investment, enrollment, employment, and internal manage- ment. All these reform measures will bring about profound influences on the campus culture construction. To promote faster and better development of the local colleges and universities, we should analyze problems of the new system and try to build the campus culture with distinctive features and form campus culture brands with unique characteristics. |
