| 摘 要： | 通过近4年的保健课教学实践，并对学生进行问卷调查和追踪采访，经过对资料的整理和分析。论证了保健体育课对伤病学生身心健康恢复的积极促进作用，并对我校保健体育课开展与提高提出了改进方法和建议。
