| 摘 要： | 高校体育文化的组成要素包括体育环境、体育价值观、体育楷模、体育仪式和文化网络。作为高校体育文化重要组成部分的高校高水平运动队，具有为高校体育文化的发展提供体育楷模的务件和优势。研究高校体育文化的组成要素以及高水平运动队所培育的体育楷模的作用，对于促进高校先进体育文化的发展和高水平运动队管理观念的革新将具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | University sports culture is composed of sports environment,sports value,sports model,sports ceremony and culture-network.As the essential part of university sport culture,elite teams have the advantage conditions to provide sports models for developing the university sports culture.It is of vitel importancet to study the ingredients of university sport culture and the functions of sports model cultivated by elite teams,which will promote the development of university sports culture and reform for the management of elite teams. |
