| 摘 要： | 在分析信息资源整合及共享与知识产权保护之间冲突的基础上,对两者之间的关系进行了分析论证,指出通过完善公共政策、重视对知识产权滥用行为的控制等利益平衡机制解决二者的冲突问题。
