| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的不断发展，人们获取信息的能力大大提高，读者对信息服务有了更高的要求。他们不仅需要及时获得文献的线索，更需要集咨询功能、信息检索功能和文献提供功能于一体的信息集成服务。从图书馆参考咨询服务的角度出发，探讨了图书馆开展信息集成服务的模式．以达到提高服务效率的目的。

| Abstract: | Along with the incessant development of IT, the people＇s ability of acquiring information is significantly improved. Readers have increasingly higher requirements to information services, they not only need to get the clue of documents timely, but also need integrated services with the fimctions of infomation consulting, information searching and documents supplying. This paper discusses the information integrated service models fi＇om the view of library reference service in order to increase service efficiency. |
