基础教育减负的博弈分析

摘    要:如何有效落实基础教育减负工作,一直受到人们的关注。通过运用博弈论的相关知识,对基础教育减负中相关主体的行为目标的分析发现,基础教育减负陷入博弈困境的根源在于现行考试制度、当前就业环境和教育评价机制等。并针对这些问题,提出了一些粗浅的看法。

Abstract:The problem of how to efficiently carry out the burden-reduction in fundamental education is always paid much attention by people.By using the game theory to analysis the behavioral objectives of the related individuals in the burden-reduction of fundamental education,this article has discovered that the causes of heavy burden on fundamental education,which are: current testing system,job-seeking environment after school,the system of educational evaluation and so on,and then some advices and suggestions are induced to solve these problems.
