| 摘 要： | 通过对江苏省新建本科院校学报数量、地理分布、基本情况、学术水平等发展现状的分析，发现该类学报存在整体实力较弱、期刊影响力小、学校支持力度不大、优质稿源急缺、论文学术水平不高等问题，针对以上问题提出应对策略。
