| Abstract: | This paper sorts out and calmly thinks about the following hotly problems：the defi-nition of the concept of internet financial,functional orientation,the development process, regulatory strategies and future trends to clearly and wholly outline the development of internet financial,rationally and obj ectively understand the internet finance.After recognition,in order to better develop internet finance,financial companies and internet companies should establish a relationship of competition and cooperation,complementary advantages,complement each other,thus creating a new inclusive finance formats. |
