| 摘 要： | 文化建设是凝魂聚力的思想工程,是实现中华民族伟大复兴梦的强大精神动力。因此,深入推进文化建设必将有助于落实社会主义核心价值观。从基层央行的视角,分析了中国特色央行文化的时代内涵和需要重点关注的问题,并从理论与制度层面,有针对性地提出基层央行文化建设的路径选择。

| Abstract: | Cultural construction is regarded as an ideological proj ect which can coagulate people？s soul and energy to provide a powerful spirit momentum for the great rej uvenation of the Chinese nation.Thus,deeply promoting cultural construction will be helpful to make so-cialist core values into the mind of the public.From the perspective of the grass-root central banks,the paper analyze the times connotations with Chinese culture characteristics and some problems needed to be focused on.Furthermore,from the theoretical and institutional level, some path choices have been put forward to develop the cultural construction in grass-root cen-tral banks. |
