| Abstract: | The core of civil society is the good interaction between public and private.This interaction largely depends on the treatment on the relations between public and private from citizens,the main body of civil society.The following four pairs of relations are the key to good interaction,namely,public rights and private rights,public interests and private interests,social morality and personal morality,and citizen and private person,which is the basic relations that every citizen has to confront and the criterion measuring the modern civil society.It is the citizen’s contribution to the civil society construction to deal with the four pairs of relations soundly and a necessary step for civil society development. |
