| Abstract: | China is one of the countries that suffered most in World War II.Chinese people suffered enormous sacrifice in the fight against Japan＇s invasion.The crimes made by the Japanese militarism resulted in the serious trauma and damages to China.After the surrender of Japanese government,Nanjing national government set up war criminal committee on August 6,1945,dealing with the Japanese war criminals.The military court direct under Defense Department became the focus because of its special position,lasting time and object of trial.The Nanjing Trial is not only an important part of the National Government affairs towards Japanese government,but also an important memory of our Chinese national history.Accordingly,the retrospection of Nanjing Trial will help us have a more profound understanding of the history. |
