国产60kg/m U71Mn和U75V钢轨冲击功统计分析

摘    要:统计了国内四家钢轨生产企业近几年生产的60kg/m U71Mn和U75V钢轨的室温冲击功。U71Mn钢轨轨头、轨腰和轨底的冲击功平均值分别为15.65J、8.69J和19.57J,U75V钢轨轨头、轨腰和轨底的冲击功平均值分别为14J、9.03J和16.28J。轨底冲击功最高,轨头次之,轨腰最低。各钢厂生产的U71Mn和U75V冲击功的均值和波动范围相似。U71Mn钢轨轨头和轨底的冲击功高于U75V钢轨,轨腰的冲击功与U75V钢轨基本相同。U71Mn和U75V钢轨全断面各部位的冲击功的变化规律相似,越靠近钢轨边部,压缩比越大,冷却速度更快,冲击功越高;而轨腰部位受铸坯中心区域的偏析、疏松等缺陷的影响越小,冲击功最小。

Statistical Analysis of Impact Energy of Domestic 60kg/m U71Mn and U75V Rails

Abstract:T he impact energy at room temperature of 60kg/m U71M n and U75V rails produced by four domestic rail enterprises in recent years were counted in this paper .The impact energy of U71Mn rail head ,rail waist and rail bottom stood at 15 .65 J、8 .69J and 19 .57J respectively on average .The impact en-ergy of U75V rail head ,rail waist and rail bottom stood at 14 J、9 .03J and 16 .28J respectively on average . The impact energy of rail bottom was highest ,followed by the rail head ,and that of rail waist was the lowest .The equalizing value and fluctuation of impact energy of U71Mn and U75V produced in the domes-tic steelworks was similar .The impact energy of U71Mn rail head and rail bottom were higher than that of U75V rail ,and the impact energy of rail waist was basically equal .The impact energy of various parts of the whole section of U71Mn and U75V rail showed similar patterns .The closer it is to the rail edge ,the greater compression ratio and cooling velocity and the higher the impact energy .But the impact energy in rail waist was minimal because of the influence by the defect in the billet center regional such as the segre-gation ,porosity and so on .
