| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育是高校全面提升大学生世界观、人生观和价值观的主渠道,担负着塑造人的灵魂和提升人的思想道德境界的重任。但由于社会发展的日益平等和民主,以及信息化时代大学生接受知识、信息渠道的增多,思政教师由社会文化传统和法律制度赋予的权威性日趋消解,影响了思想政治教育教学效果的获得。作为大学生成长道路上的导师,思政教师如何提升自己的综合素质,如何增强教育教学过程中的权威性,成为当前思想政治教育迫切需要解决的现实课题。

| Abstract: | Ideological and political education is regarded as the main channel of promoting college students’ world view,outlook on life and values.However,because of the development of democracy and equality,and more channels of acquisition of knowledge for college students,ideological and political teachers’ authority is beginning to fade.How to upgrade the teachers’ overall quality and strengthen authority of the ideological and political teaching is becoming an actual topic that needs to be solved urgently. |
