| 摘 要： | 手机资费问题已经成为人们心中关注的热点问题。本文主要根据运营商的收费方案,运用所学知识,建立数学模型,计算推导出它们的资费计算方法,利用MATLAB、EXCEL画出相应的函数图像,进行分析、比较、评价,看哪种资费方案更省钱。根据已给资费方案,设计模型,在现有套餐方案运营商的收入降低不超过10%的条件下,推出新的可行的套餐方案,既要满足客户的省钱,又要满足运营商的设计目标。
