| 摘 要： | 针对配合企业数据库管理系统准确、实时得到生产线产品质量监测数据的需要，阐述监测数据采集系统应开展前期的技术规划和开发的分工与合作．充分了解功能需求及原有管理要求，形成最适于智能数据采集处理和传输的通信协议，并关注关键实现技术的可行性和可靠性．

| Abstract: | Based on the requirement of enterprise database management system to provide accurate and timely production quality monitoring data of assembly line, the paper probes into the approaches to develop effective design of monitor data collection and transmission system. The analysis of actual development shows that the following two aspects should be emphasized in the early technology planning the and its division of labor and cooperation： the first is to fully understand the functional requirements and the original management requirements, and to establish communication protocol most suitable for intelligent data processing and transmission, which is significant basis for reliable guarantee of transmission and system design, The second is to focus on the feasibility and reliability of key technology, which ensures the technology implementation of the system. |
