| 摘 要： | 为谋求经济利益,一些学术刊物置学术标准于不顾,采用随意增加版面、缩短刊期、一刊多版、随意扩大刊物报道范围等手段进行敛财,严重污染了学术期刊的出版环境,加剧了＂学术泡沫＂的泛滥,对人才的评价和培养也造成了非常不利的影响。为杜绝此类失范行为,应该优化科研评价方法,加强期刊学术质量的监管,严肃各种期刊荣誉的评选,加大违规期刊的审查力度。

| Abstract: | In pursuit of economic benefits, some academic journals disregard the academic standard and accumulate wealth by methods such as willfully increasing pages, shortening publishing period, publishing several editions with only one periodical number and limitlessly enlarging the report coverage of the journal. These activities severely pollute the academic environment of periodicals, aggravate the ＂academic bubble＂, and bring adverse impact to the appraisal and cultivation of talented people. In order to eliminate such periodicals, we should adapt optimized methods for the evaluation of scientific results, strengthen the supervision for academic quality of the journals, seriously select honored journals and intensify the examination of misconduct periodicals. |
