| 摘 要： | 通过对体育教育和运动训练专业部分本科毕业生的问卷调查和心理测试,对两个专业毕业生的就业压力进行了研究分析。结果表明：1）在严峻的就业环境下两个专业的毕业生对就业都产生了较高的就业压力,但总体上保持较为乐观豁达的心态;2）运动训练专业的毕业生对就业压力的感知要明显高于体育教育专业的毕业生,产生心理障碍的样本也多于体育教育;3）应把握两个专业毕业生就业压力方面各自的特点,进行有针对性的就业心理辅导。

| Abstract: | Thruagh a survey and psychological testing on physical education and soports training graduates, this paper studies and analyses the employment pressure on the graduates from two mayors,and the results show that： 1） .graduates suffer high employment pressure,hut on the whole they maintain an optimistic attitude;2）, sports trs.ining graduates has higher awareness of pressure and worse psychological harrier than those from physical edueatiun; 3）. we shoul find out the different pressures they undergo,and offer target - oriented psychological help. |
