| 摘 要： | 根据我国十项全能发展的实际情况，选取了与我国优秀运动员水平相接近的8000分国外运动员进行对比．找出了我国在这一项目上的优势和不足。通过分析发现，我国选手在快跑类项目上占据优势，耐力水平相对较低，提高各单项发展的均衡性，是我国十项全能运动员训练的重点。

| Abstract: | According to objective reality of the decathlon development in China, some 8000 score Decathlon athletes were collected and compared with Chinese athletes. Some superiority and shortcoming were found by comparative study. The results showed that Chinese athlete has a senior level in the fast race events and a lower endurance level. The balanced development of every single event is a focal in decathlon athlete training in Chinese. |
